Refundable Deposit – At the time of booking, a $200 refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit is not applied to your rent. The check is deposited in an account managed by Keller Williams AGC, VRPM & is held as a security/damage deposit, which is fully refundable by check or PayPal within 14 days after a “passing” departure inspection, based on, but not limited to the agreed upon criteria and check-out procedures.
Rental payment – All reservations, unless otherwise noted at time of booking, must be paid in full thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date. Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment date may be subject to cancellation and deposit forfeiture.
Hurricane Policy – Deposit and unused pro-rated portions of rent and tax will be refunded if authorities call for an evacuation.
